Robert is a graduate of the University of Redlands, while serving as the assistant coach for the Men’s Tennis Team. His career spans roles at Amazon and, most recently, a five-year tenure at Microsoft, where he specialized in Partner Incentives. During his time at Microsoft, Robert began pursuing financial certifications to support his transition into a more client-facing role—driven by a passion for delivering tailored solutions and building lasting relationships.

Robert brings a strategic mindset and a commitment to excellence in client service. His experience navigating complex partner ecosystems has equipped him with the skills to understand client needs, foster trust, and deliver impactful results. He is excited to contribute to JMK and Associates’ continued growth, helping the firm scale effectively while maintaining its high standards of client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife Kendall—also a former collegiate tennis player—and their two daughters, Isabel and Olivia. His dedication to teamwork and mentorship, both professionally and personally, reflects the values he brings to every client engagement.
